Terms of Service

Legal: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized or not. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Plain: Use your real info and keep your login safe. Anything done through your account is your responsibility, so tell us quickly if something looks wrong.

Legal: Fees are listed and charged in USD unless stated otherwise. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges (if any). Refund eligibility, timing, and method are governed by our published refund policy and any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

Plain: You pay in USD. If there’s a subscription, you’re okay with recurring charges. Refunds follow our posted rules and local laws.

Legal: You agree not to use the services to engage in unlawful conduct; infringe intellectual property; harass, threaten, or defame others; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service operation; or scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical measures except as permitted by applicable law.

Plain: Be respectful and follow the law. Don’t hack, spam, spread harmful software, or try to break/abuse the platform.

Legal: The services and all included materials (including videos, text, design, and trademarks) are owned by Podflow Academy or its licensors. Subject to your compliance, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the materials for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly perform, make available, or create derivative works except with prior written permission.

Plain: Our lessons and brand are ours. You can learn from them, but don’t repost, resell, or republish without permission.

Legal: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time, including features, content, and availability. We may update these Terms from time to time; changes are effective when posted. We may terminate or restrict access for violations or if required by law, and we may also terminate inactive accounts as permitted.

Plain: The platform can change over time. If we update the rules, the new version applies once posted. We can remove access if someone breaks the rules.

Legal: The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Podflow Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the services.

Plain: We do our best, but we can’t promise everything will always be perfect. If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited as much as the law allows.

Legal: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Podflow Academy is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise. You agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution before filing a formal claim. Venue and jurisdiction for disputes will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
